TPM NLN Spring Summit
Growth of the Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) initiative has continued thanks to a national network of TPM leaders and champions. Each year we gather these experts to network with their peers, discuss the initiative, the evolution of the TPM Academy, as well as opportunities for the future of TPM. This half-day session will help enhance your TPM efforts, no matter where you are in implementation.

Agenda:

11:00 – 11:05 AM WELCOME AND OVERVIEW OF THE DAY

11:05 AM – 12:00 PM SESSION #1: APPLYING TPM IN AN ECONOMIC RECESSION/CHAMBER COVID19 UPDATES
To effectively support students and workers across the country, collaboration between the business and education communities is needed now more than ever. As we adapt to the existing and future labor market, developing processes that emphasize clearer communication between employers and educators—and agility to adjust when needed—is critically important. TPM is a strategy that can work in both good and bad economic conditions—but how?

12:10 – 12:50 PM SESSION #2: INDUSTRY SPOTLIGHT BREAKOUTS
Industry-specific webinars have been a top-line request from the National Learning Network. Today’s breakouts will include employer partners from manufacturing and information technology, who will discuss their challenges and successes in implementing TPM.

12:50 – 1:20 PM NETWORKING LUNCH BREAK
Grab your lunch and head to your assigned breakout rooms where you'll get to interact in a casual setting with your TPM peers.

1:20 – 1:55 PM SESSION #3 : FUNDRAISING & SUSTAINABILITY PLANNING
A value proposition takes on a new meaning when it comes to fundraising to get an employer collaborative off the ground. How do you make the pitch that the TPM framework is a worthwhile investment to boards, an individual company, philanthropic organizations, or other funding sources? How do you plan for sustaining your efforts?

This event is limited to NLN members and their partners. Questions? Contact us at: workforce@uschamber.com
